ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE ERROR IS ON BEHALF OF THE HUSTLE VANITY.

If there are errors on behalf of The Hustle Vanity we will be more than happy to rectify the issue, you will have 3 days after receiving your order to contact us through email about the error. In this case, exchanges will be accepted as long as the product is in the state in which it was received, and with original packaging.

Failure to contact us within the said time frame is subject to us declining the item.

Please note your order will only be processed if you agree to the store policies by checking the box at checkout! If your order comes through as fraudulent on our end we have the right to not fulfill your order.
Wigs on hand: In some cases, we may accept Zelle or cash for hair picked up in Daytona Beach, please note that these orders are also subject to tax.

ALL orders over $100 will require a signature for delivery.

Please be sure to insert the correct email address so that you may stay updated on the status of your order.
Please be sure to double-check your mailing address during checkout. Include the apartment, building, or unit number if necessary. Once the product leaves our possession, The Hustle Vanity Inc. will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, held, or damaged products. Any concerns after the order has been shipped should then be taken up with the shipping carrier.

All orders will take 1-3 Business days for processing, and 4-5 days for shipping via USPS except the following:

Services & Ready to Wear Collection Orders: 4-7 Business days for processing, and 4-5 days for shipping via USPS.

Wholesale Orders: 5-7 Business days for processing, and 7-15 days for shipping via USPS.

Pre-Orders: 1-4 Business days for processing, and 7-21 days for shipping via USPS.
